2015年5月7-8日，海航基礎地產計劃運營業務提升培訓暨計劃管理系統上線培訓順利舉行，上海聚米總經理康河水以及海航實施團隊項目經理彭文濤、咨詢顧問鄭林洪、實施顧問李翠玲、符天云等攜手來自海航基礎地產類成員企業及項目組34名從事計劃運營人員參加了培訓，海航基礎企業管理部副總經理呼代利出席并作開班講話。

 

此次培訓以房地產計劃運營業務宣講與計劃管理系統實操演練互動的形式開展。詳細講解了系統的各類計劃編制、反饋、審核，基本信息維護以及計劃相關成果管理等應用功能。

 

系統的上線，將推動海航基礎地產計劃管理工作信息化、流程化，進一步提升海航基礎計劃運營管控能力。

 

On May 7th-8th, 2015, the real estate operation business promotion training also as known as operation management system on-line training of HNA Infrastructure was successfully held. Mr.Kang Heshui general manager of Shanghai-jumitech company and  Mr.Peng Wentao project manager,  Mr.Zheng Linhong consulting, implementation consultants  Ms.Licui Ling、 Ms.Fu Tianyun and other implementation team and  34 representatives from the project operation department of the real estate member enterprises of HNA Infrastructure participated in the training, on which the Deputy General Manager of HNA Infrastructure enterprise management department Mr.Hu Daili made an opening speech.

 

The training was carried out in the form of the real estate project operation learning and the operation management system practice. In the training, the application functions of planning, feedback, examination, basic information maintenance and result’s management of the system was amply elaborated.

 

The progress that the system went on-line will improve the project management business become more and more informationalized and standardized which will further enhance the ability to control and manage the plan of the HNA Infrastructure.
